Core game method
How Block Out works
Every block tells you where it wants to go. The challenge is finding a clear route and removing the pieces in an order that frees the rest of the structure.
Find your level- 01
Follow the Arrow
Each arrow shows the only direction that block can travel. Start with pieces whose route is already open.
- 02
Rotate the Shape
Swipe around the 3D structure and zoom in or out to inspect blocks hidden behind another layer.
- 03
Open the Path
When a block is trapped, clear the piece blocking its exit first and check how that move changes nearby routes.
- 04
Clear Every Block
Keep working from open paths toward the center until no blocks remain and the level is complete.
Gameplay FAQ
Answers for the moves that cause the most confusion
Use these fundamentals to take another look at the puzzle, then open the matching walkthrough when you need a board-specific solution.
Browse walkthroughsHow do I know whether a block can move?
Trace the block's arrow toward the outside of the shape. If no other block occupies that route, tapping it will push the block out.
What should I do when the path is blocked?
Do not keep tapping the trapped block. Identify the piece sitting in its route, follow that piece's arrow, and clear the dependency first.
Why should I rotate and zoom the 3D shape?
A front-facing view can hide arrows and exit paths on the back or inside of the structure. Rotate often, and zoom when tightly packed blocks are difficult to read.
Is there one correct clearing order?
Some boards allow more than one safe sequence, but every move still depends on a clear arrow path. Strong solutions prioritize moves that unlock several other blocks.
What if the walkthrough does not match my level?
Mobile game updates can change a level without changing its number. Compare the preview and any available version tabs, then report a mismatch if none reflects your board.
